Yes. Every provider is a background-checked W-2 employee (not an independent contractor) who is fully business-insured, trained in standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Pet CPR-certified.

Yes. Silver Care is offered through membership plans starting at 1 to 3+ visits per week.

Every visit features verified GPS arrival tracking, real-time report cards, and photos delivered to your Member Portal.

You can request to cancel or reschedule any visit directly through your Member Portal or by contacting our team. To give our caregivers time to adjust their daily routes, cancellations or schedule changes made with at least 24 to 48 hours advance notice can be rescheduled or credited to your account without fee. Cancellations made with short notice (under 24 hours) or after a caregiver is already en route may be subject to a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of the visit credit.

Urban Tails™ is closed on Sundays so the team can rest and recharge to maintain high standards of care.

Saturday scheduling is prioritized for healthcare workers and first responders working weekend shifts, with remaining slots opened to other active members.

Saturday visits cover dog walking, drop-in check-ins, puppy care, cat care, and senior pet care.

Available to active members with advance scheduling starting at $26 per visit, subject to caregiver availability.

Saturday visits are conducted by the same background-checked, SOP-trained W-2 employees who provide weekday care.

Yes. Specialists assigned to Silver Paws routines are trained in senior pet mobility assistance, recognizing subtle signs of discomfort, and CPR certification.

The Good Company Project is a free community program from Urban Tails™. Our team spends an afternoon with residents of independent living and retirement communities in Edmond and Northwest Oklahoma City. Anyone can nominate a community.
