These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of urbantailspetcare.com (the “Site”) and your relationship with Metro Pet Services LLC, d/b/a Urban Tails™ Pet Care (“Urban Tails,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Urban Tails provides membership-based, in-home pet care services, including dog walking, drop-in visits, and companion care, within our designated service areas in the Oklahoma City and Edmond, Oklahoma metro area. Specific service terms, pricing, cancellation policies, and membership obligations are governed by our Membership Agreement, provided to clients at enrollment.
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective and current clients to learn about our services, join our neighborhood waitlist, and schedule a consultation. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
Scheduling, billing, and payment for active memberships are processed through Time to Pet, a third-party platform. Your use of Time to Pet’s payment processing is subject to Time to Pet’s own terms and security practices.
All content on this Site, including the Urban Tails™ name, logo, and Shift-Flex™ program name, are trademarks and proprietary property of Urban Holdings Company LLC and may not be used without permission.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Urban Tails does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Urban Tails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability related to pet care services themselves is governed exclusively by the Membership Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
