All recurring visits are assigned to a 2-hour service window within our standard hours. You’ll receive a notification when your team member is on the way and when they arrive.

Extended Service Hours are ideal for members with consistent early or late schedules. For rotating shifts or variable hours, Shift-Flex™ is designed to provide the flexibility you need.

Recurring visits are pre-scheduled based on walker availability. Your assigned team member covers your neighborhood, ensuring consistency and efficient routing.
Ad hoc (non-recurring) visits are subject to walker availability and are priced higher to reflect the flexibility. We cannot guarantee ad hoc availability.
Healthcare workers, first responders, and shift workers with rotating or non-traditional schedules may qualify for our Shift-Flex service.

Saturday
Priority booking for healthcare workers and first responders. Remaining slots open to other active members based on availability.
Sunday
No scheduled service on Sundays. Emergency or urgent requests are handled case-by-case — contact us for details.
